How to swap in and out of NHBCoin

Swap in means getting NHB. Swap out means turning NHB back into USDT or local cash. This guide walks through each step in plain language.

Quick answer

Swap in: open Swap, choose Buy NHB, and send USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network to the one-time deposit address shown. NHB is credited 1:1 to your personal wallet.

Swap out: open Swap, choose Withdraw to USDT, enter the NHB amount and your USDT (TRC20) address, then check the Review step and choose Confirm withdrawal. Your NHB is burned only when you confirm, and the USDT payout is processed afterwards.

Buying with USDT and withdrawing to USDT both use the TRON (TRC20) network only. A withdrawal cannot be reversed, so check the address before you confirm.

Before you start

Have these ready before you open the Swap page.

  • An NHBCoin account with a wallet. The Swap page asks you to connect your wallet if you do not have one.
  • Your wallet PIN. The PIN protects your wallet and approves transactions.
  • Your authenticator app, if you use one. The app may ask for a code, or for an email confirmation, before it approves a transaction.
  • The right network. Buying NHB and withdrawing to USDT both use TRON (TRC20) only.
  • A wallet or exchange that can send USDT on TRC20 (to buy), and a TRC20 USDT address you control (to withdraw).

Swap in: get NHB

Swap in means getting NHB. The Swap page has one built-in route, buying with USDT on the TRON network. In some regions you can also buy from an exchange agent, if you see that option.

How to buy NHB with USDT (TRC20)

You send USDT on the TRON network and the app credits the same amount of NHB to your personal wallet. NHB mints 1:1 with the USDT you send, so there is no exchange rate.

  1. Amount

Open Swap and choose Buy NHB. Enter how much USDT you want to spend. The form asks for at least 1 USDT and shows the NHB you will receive.

  2. Wallet

Check the destination wallet and continue. Buying always credits your personal wallet. To fund a business workspace, buy to your personal wallet first, then send the NHB internally.

  3. Send USDT

The app shows a one-time deposit address, a QR code and the amount to send. From your wallet or exchange, send USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network to that address.

  4. Wait for your NHB

The app tracks your deposit and shows each stage: waiting for your deposit, deposit detected, minting your NHB, then NHB credited. You can close the window and keep using the app while it keeps checking.

What to check

  • Use the TRON (TRC20) network only. USDT sent on any other network cannot be recovered.
  • The deposit address is one-time. Start a new purchase each time instead of reusing an old address.
  • NHB is credited for the USDT that actually arrives at the deposit address.
  • The Buy form shows no fee. Any fee charged by the wallet or exchange you send from is separate and is not shown in the app.
  • If the status stays pending or shows an error, contact support and quote the reference shown.

How to buy NHB from an exchange agent (where available)

In some regions you can also buy from an exchange agent, if you see that option. You pay the agent directly in local money and receive NHB after the agent confirms your payment. The option appears only where it is available, and which agents appear depends on your country and payment method. You pay before you receive the NHB, so only pay using the details shown inside the app.

  1. Choose an agent

If you see the option, open the exchange agent page while signed in. Optionally pick a country and payment method. Each agent card shows its rate, any pickup fee and an estimated deposit time.

  2. Request NHB

Choose an agent, enter how much NHB you want to buy, add a note if you like, and send the request.

  3. Pay the agent

Pay the agent directly using the payment details shown for your request. Only follow details shown inside the app.

  4. Mark it paid

Upload a photo or PDF of your transfer slip and mark the request as paid. The agent confirms your payment and sends the NHB. You can cancel a request while it is still waiting for your payment.

Open the exchange agent page (only where available)

Swap out: turn NHB into USDT or cash

Swap out means turning NHB back into money. Today you can withdraw to USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network, or cash out in local money through a verified payout partner.

How to withdraw NHB to USDT (TRC20)

The app converts NHB to USDT at 1 NHB = 1 USDT, minus a fee, which the app shows as Fee. The fee and the USDT you will receive are shown before you confirm.

  1. Amount

Open Swap and choose Withdraw to USDT. On the Amount step, enter how many NHB you want to withdraw. Your NHB is not burned until you confirm on the final Review step.

  2. Address

Enter or paste your TRON (TRC20) USDT address, or pick a saved one from your address book. TRON addresses start with T and are 34 characters long, and the app rejects an address that fails its checksum.

  3. Review and confirm

On the Review step, check the amount, the fee, the network and the address. Your NHB is burned only when you choose Confirm withdrawal. You may be asked for your PIN or an authenticator code to confirm.

  4. Receive your USDT

The app confirms that your NHB was burned. The USDT payout is processed afterwards and sent to the address you gave.

What happens to your NHB

Your NHB is burned only when you choose Confirm withdrawal on the Review step. Burned means it is removed from your balance on the NHBCoin network for good, and that step cannot be undone once it confirms. The USDT payout is a separate step that is processed after the burn.

Fees and limits

  • Fee: withdrawing NHB to USDT charges a fee. It is a percentage of the amount, kept between a minimum and a maximum fee set by network governance. The app shows the exact fee, labelled Fee, before you confirm, and it can change over time.
  • Limits: there is a minimum per withdrawal, a maximum per transaction, and daily and monthly limits. These apply to your wallet, not to each destination address. If you go over, the app shows the limit that applies.
  • Cash-out through a partner uses the partner's own exchange rate, and cash drop-off adds a flat pickup fee. The quote lists any fee and shows the final amount you will receive before you send anything.

What is not available yet

  • USDC payouts. Withdrawals settle in USDT only.
  • Any network other than TRON (TRC20). Withdrawal addresses on other networks are not supported.
  • Direct bank or PayPal payouts from NHBCoin itself. Bank and PayPal payouts are available only through a verified partner, described below.
  • Reversing a withdrawal. Crypto withdrawals cannot be reversed once they are confirmed.

How to withdraw NHB to cash through a partner

In supported countries you can exchange NHB for local money through a verified payout partner, by bank payment, cash drop-off, wallet top-up or PayPal. This is a normal NHB transfer to the partner, not a burn, and the partner then pays you directly. The cash-out screen lets you pick your country and payout method and shows what is available at that moment.

  1. Amount

Open Swap and choose Withdraw to Cash. Enter how many NHB you want to withdraw.

  2. Country and partner

Choose your payout country and method, then pick a verified partner. Each partner shows its rate, any pickup fee and an estimated deposit time.

  3. Payout details

Choose saved payout details, or add new ones such as bank account details or a PayPal email.

  4. Review and send

Check the full breakdown, then send the NHB to the partner's wallet. The partner pays you and marks the request as paid. You can cancel while it is pending, but not once the NHB is sent.

Common mistakes to avoid

Most of these cannot be undone, so read them before you send anything.

  • Sending USDT on the wrong network when you buy NHB. Only TRON (TRC20) works, and USDT sent on any other network cannot be recovered.
  • Withdrawing to an address from another network. A TRON address starts with T and is 34 characters long. Addresses on other networks may result in permanent loss.
  • Withdrawing to an exchange deposit address that does not support USDT on TRC20. Open the exchange's USDT deposit page, choose the TRON (TRC20) network, and copy that address.
  • Not checking the address. Compare the whole address with the one you copied before you confirm, because a withdrawal cannot be reversed.
  • Submitting again when a transaction says it is still confirming. Wait and check back first, because a second submission could withdraw twice.
  • Reusing an old one-time deposit address instead of starting a new purchase.

Frequently asked questions

How do I swap into NHB (buy NHB)?

Open Swap, choose Buy NHB, enter the USDT amount, and send USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network to the one-time deposit address shown. NHB is credited 1:1 to your personal wallet once the deposit is confirmed.

How do I withdraw NHB to USDT?

Open Swap, choose Withdraw to USDT, enter the NHB amount, add your TRON (TRC20) USDT address, check the Review step, and choose Confirm withdrawal. Your NHB is burned only when you confirm, on the NHBCoin network, and the USDT payout is processed afterwards.

Which network does withdrawal use?

TRON (TRC20) only. The destination must be a TRON address that starts with T and is 34 characters long. Addresses on other networks may result in permanent loss.

Is there a fee?

Buying NHB with USDT shows no fee in the app. Withdrawing NHB to USDT charges a fee that is a percentage of the amount, kept between a minimum and a maximum set by governance, and the app shows it, labelled Fee, before you confirm. Cash-out through a partner uses the partner's own exchange rate, plus a flat pickup fee for cash drop-off, and its quote shows the final amount before you confirm.

How long does it take?

The app does not promise a fixed time. When you buy, it tracks your deposit and shows each stage until your NHB is credited. When you withdraw, the app first confirms the NHB burn and the USDT payout is processed afterwards. For cash-out, each partner shows an estimated deposit time before you confirm.

Can I withdraw to USDC, a bank account or PayPal?

USDC payouts are not available yet, and withdrawals to USDT are on TRON (TRC20) only. Bank and PayPal payouts are available through verified partners in Withdraw to Cash, where a partner is listed for your country and method.

Can I swap back or reverse a withdrawal?

No. A confirmed withdrawal cannot be reversed. To get NHB again, buy NHB with USDT (TRC20) on the Buy NHB tab.

What if I use the wrong address or network?

Funds sent to an address on another network may be lost permanently, and a confirmed withdrawal cannot be reversed. The app only checks that the address is a valid TRON address, so it cannot tell whether the address is yours. Check it carefully before you confirm.

Are there minimums or limits?

Buying asks for at least 1 USDT. Withdrawals have a minimum per withdrawal, a maximum per transaction, and daily and monthly limits that apply to your wallet, not to each destination address. Network governance sets these and they can change, so the app shows the limit when you go over it.

Can I buy NHB by sending USDT from an exchange?

Yes, if the exchange can withdraw USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network. Paste the one-time deposit address shown in the app, choose TRC20 as the network, and send.

Can I withdraw NHB to my exchange account?

Yes, if the exchange gives you a USDT deposit address on the TRON (TRC20) network. Use that address as the withdrawal address, and check that the exchange accepts USDT on TRC20 before you confirm.

Can I buy ZNHB (ZapNHB) directly?

Not with USDT. You can get ZNHB by swapping NHB to ZNHB on the NHB To ZNHB tab of the Swap page, or by buying it with NHB on the peer-to-peer ZNHB market. To get NHB first, buy it with USDT on the Buy NHB tab.
